The Fujifilm XF 18mm f1.4 is a wide-angle prime lens for the X-series mirrorless system. Announced in April 2021 and costing $999 or 879 pounds, the XF 18mm delivers standard wide angle coverage equivalent to 27mm when mounted on an X-series body. It’s a higher-end alternative to the existing 18mm f2 pancake lens, with an extra stop of

Only the XF 56mm f1.2 is brighter in the range.
The Fujifilm XF 14mm F2.8 R is a new ultra wide-angle lens in Fujifilm's XF line-up. Compatible with both the X-Pro1 and X-E1 compact system cameras, the 14mm F2.8 lens boasts an angle-of-view range similar to that of a 21mm lens in a 35mm system. Other highlights include a close-focus point of 18cm, an iris diaphragm with seven rounded blades
The XF price point is what prevents me from going to Fujifilm. I wish they had a XC version of the Fujifilm XF 8-16mm F2.8 R LM WR lens. I can't justify 2K for a hobby. I don't need weather sealing as you won't see me at the edge of a smoldering volcano in Iceland during a heavy ice fog. I like landscape and architectural photography.

Review: Fujifilm XF 16mm f1.4 WR. For this review, I’ll look at all these different aspects of choosing the best wide-angle lens for Fujifilm X-Series cameras, and particularly whether or not the Fujinon XF 16mm f1.4 R WR fulfills those. Feel free to jump down to whatever section interests you the most, or keep scrolling for endless sample
The overall shape of the 18-120mm PZ is different from competing zooms because of being an internally zooming design. This obviously will help with the weathersealing, as well, as nothing extends outside the lens during zooming. The dimensions of the XF 18-120mm PZ are 3 (D) x 4.9″ (L) / 77.3 x 123.5 mm with a 72mm front filter thread size.
A few months ago, they released the Fujinon XF 27mm f/2.8. It is Fuji's second pancake lens and priced slightly below the rest of the gang - this surely originates in the moderately complex design as well as in the simplified construction. Unlike other Fujinon XF lenses, Fuji decided to omit the aperture ring - a move that is probably not
At 300g, the XF 23mm F1.4 R lens ( B&H Photo / Amazon) may not be a heavy optic for a DSLR but it is heavy for an X Series lens. Just to give you an idea of the heft of this lens, according to Fuji, the XF 35mm only weighs 187g. This lens is also rather big for an XF lens. In fact, the XF 23mm F1.4 reminds me of the Leica Noctilux F1 minus the
