Thesecond is to fiddle with the steering degrees of the cars you like so to feel comfortable with them. I think you are mixing linearity and 1:1. 1:1 is a ratio between your steering input and how much the wheels turn. In essence 1:1, 1:2, 1:8; 1:20 are all linear but 1:1 is super super fast whereas 1:14 is slower.
Originallyposted by Eddie: I've the same double shifting issue with G27. Hope ACC will add the delay setting in future update. I solve this. I disassembled the steering wheel and clean metal contacts in paddle selectors (SM-05H-00P0-Z 5A250V) by VODKA . This selectors also gonna be disassembled.
Step2 β Go to the controls sub-menu. Step 3 β Ensure the input is selected to wheel. Step 4 β Change the individual force feedback settings. Step 5 β Navigate to the right menu to adjust your button configurations. Step 6 β Save your settings to a preset in the bottom left corner.
Youdonβt have to have everything set to EPIC β do some experimentation to get a sense of where you feel comfortable. The information in the following table shows
Forthe remaining settings, we recommend these values: On-track effects: 25. Rumble-strip effects: 30. Off-track effects: 20. Wheel damper: 15. Understeer Enhance: Off. If the force feedback is not strong enough for your taste, increase the values step by step. Photo credit: F1 2021. This is everything you need to know when using your
CombinedPedals MUST BE DISABLED. In AC -> Controls -> Advanced. Force Feedback Gain: 85% (the overall strength of all effects). Filter: 0% (helps to smooth out FFB effects). Damping: 0% (helps by deadening the feel of the wheel and FFB effects). Minimum Force: 5% (can assist with G27 deadzone issue & enhance FFB).
Forexample - I use 100% overall force in profiler and 16% minimum force in Assetto Corsa because my particular G27 requires at least 16% force to respond *(determined using tool) But if I didn't want Assetto Corsa to handle this task, and I wanted the profiler to manage this - I'd set 116% overall force in
Afterthe v1.0.2 update, force feedback post-processing is now available for Assetto Corsa Competizione, just like in the OG Assetto Corsa. Making it possible to adjust and to create a better force feedback profile for each
Controllersettings takes fine tuning. A formula car should have ~360Β° of steering rotation. Usually arms and steering are turned off if using a monitor. Use the logitech global profiler to initially set up controller settings and then fine tune in the Sim. Content manager is a better way to access/ tune the sim. Thank you.
Ialso have an updated version of this page for Assetto Corsa Competizione.. Assetto Corsa is best played with a force feedback wheel. As entry-level options, the Logitech G29 and G920 are fantastic, but the experience can be improved quite a bit by calibrating the wheel's force feedback response. When you are trying to drive at
